The invention relates to anhydrous bituminous products containing one or several specific additives which make it possible to substantially reduce a temperature for producing aggregate and bituminous product mixtures in such a way that it ranges from 20 to 40 °C, wherein the temperature of the aggregate and the bituminous product mixture during spreading ranges from 10 to 40 °C and the temperature in the core of the aggregate and bituminous product mixture during compacting can be raised to 50 °C without degrading the standard properties of the bituminous product and the bituminous product and aggregate mixture and ensuring the process continuity from transport to compacting according to the state of the art. The inventive aggregate and bituminous product mixtures are particularly suitable for tightening, building and servicing road surfaces, pavements and airfield runways.
La présente invention concerne des produits bitumineux anhydres contenant un ou plusieurs additifs spécifiques qui permettent de baisser de manière surprenante la température de production des mélanges de granulats et de produit bitumineux d'une amplitude de 20 à 40 0C, la température du mélange entre granulat et produit bitumineux lors du répandage d'une amplitude de 10 à 40 0C et la température du mélange entre granulat et produit bitumineux à cAEur au cours du compactage, quand il a lieu, d'une amplitude pouvant aller jusqu'à 50 0C, sans dégrader les propriétés normalisées du produit bitumineux et du mélange entre produit bitumineux et granulats, tout en conservant une conduite du procédé, depuis le transport jusqu'au compactage éventuel conforme à l'état de l'art. Ces mélanges de granulats et de produit bitumineux sont particulièrement adaptés pour l'étanchéité, la construction et l'entretien de tapis routiers, de trottoirs et 5 pistes d'aviation.
