Golf is a wonderful sport that captures the enthusiasm of young and old alike. This enthusiasm is displayed in the number of followers who faithfully watch the major tournaments and spend their weekends and entire summers devoting their time and energy to developind better skills. The true enthusiast will become familiar with any of the great golf courses of the world and dream of visiting or playing a round on these prestigious courses. For many, this is an unobtainable goal due to their location and of course, the cost of getting there. Many golf courses throught the world sell golf ball markers as souveniers in their pro shops. The practical side of a ball marker, when purchased as a souvenier, generally is not fulfilled due to the customer not wanting to lose this precious item. Knowing this, and being one of these serious golf enthusiasts, I wanted to find a way of displaying a small piece of the great golf courses of the world. This particular display of golf ball markers creates a conversation piece among golf enthusiasts for years to come. My invention of the starter collection will permit many adaptations as new golf ball markers are added. The ball markers are added and removed through the back of the showcase. Personal cluster designs can also be created. Of course, the purchaser can also leave their showcase in its original state.
Le golf est un sport sensationnel qui compte des adeptes tant chez les jeunes que chez les moins jeunes. Cet enthousiasme est évident par le nombre d'adeptes qui suivent fidèlement les tournois les plus importants et consacrent leurs wekends et tout leur été à améliorer leur jeu. Les vrais passionnés du golf se renseignent au sujet de tous les terrains de golf prestigieux du monde et rêvent de les visiter et d'y jouer. Pour plusieurs, cela demeurera un rêve en raison de l'emplacement de ces terrains et, bien entendu, du coût du voyage pour s'y rendre. Plusieurs boutiques de terrains de golf à travers le monde vendent des marqueurs de balle comme souvenirs. Lorsqu'il s'agit de souvenirs, les joueurs de golf ne les utilisent généralement pas, de peur de perdre ces précieux objets. Comme je suis sensible à cet argument et que je suis l'un de ces mordus du golf, j'ai voulu trouver une façon de présenter ces petits symboles des grands terrains de golf du monde entier. Ce présentoir particulier de marqueurs demeurera pendant des années un sujet de conversation pour les fervents du golf. La collection de départ qui fait l'objet de mon invention peut être présentée de façons variées à mesure que de nouveaux marqueurs s'ajoutent à la collection. On peut placer les marqueurs dans le présentoir ou les en retirer en passant par l'arrière du présentoir. On peut aussi créer des groupements personnels de marqueurs. L'acheteur peut, bien entendu, laisser le présentoir dans son état initial.
