The present invention relates to a method for continuously cooking kraft pulp in a single-vessel system (1), preferably a single-vessel hydraulic digester, with chips (2) being fed in at a first end (3) of the digester (1), white liquor (4) being added at at least one position at or near the said first end (3), the chips being impregnated in a concurrent impregnation zone (5), the chips being cooked in a cooking zone (6) downstream of the impregnation zone, hot black liquor (7) being extracted from at least one extraction screen section (8), and cooked pulp being discharged (9) at the other end of the digester, and hot black liquor (7) being added (11, 12) to the said impregnation zone (5), and the extracted liquor (13) from the first screen section (14), which is arranged downstream of the position of addition (11a) of the said hot black liquor (7), being largely removed from the digester.

L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet de lessiver en continu de la pâte kraft dans une installation à une cuve (1), un lessiveur hydraulique à une cuve de préférence. Des copeaux sont présentés à une première extrémité du lessiveur (1), de la lessive fraîche (4) est ajoutée au moins en un point à cette première extrémité ou à sa proximité, les copeaux sont imprégnés simultanément dans une zone d'imprégnation (5) puis lessivés dans une zone de lessivage (6) placée en aval de la zone d'imprégnation, de la lessive noire chaude (7) est extraite d'au moins une section de tamis d'extraction (8), la pâte lessivée ressort (9) à l'autre extrémité du lessiveur, de la lessive noire chaude (7) est ajoutée (11, 12) dans la zone d'imprégnation (5), et la lessive extraite (13) de la première section de tamis (14), placée en aval de la position d'adjonction (11a) de cette lessive noire (7), est pour l'essentiel retirée du lessiveur.
