A blades assembly for a grass-cleaning device includes at least one blade seat with several fixing portions, several weighting sets and several grass- cleaning blades. The blade seat or seats are secure on a driving shaft of a grass-cleaning device. The weighting sets and the grass-cleaning blades are disposed on the fixing portions. When the blade seat rotates, several parallel and roughly equally spaced rotation paths of the grass-cleaning blades are created. By the repeated hitting on the leaves, most moss or dirt on the leaves will be removed. So, the grass-cleaning efficiency of this invention is raised and it is easy to repair and replace the blades.
