This machine comprises a feeding station of sheets (1), a feeder (3), a diecutting station (5), a stripping station for the free waste (6), a blanking and delivery station of the blanks (7), an evacuation station of waste attached to the blanks (7) and a binder sheet inserting device (9) for inserting binder sheets (8) between the blanks (7) as their piling up proceeds, from a storage pile of these binder sheets (8). It comprises a feeding compartment for receiving the said storage pile of these binder sheets (8) which occupies the volume situated between the evacuation station of waste attached to the blanks (7) and the machine base and a lifting mechanism (12) for lifting the said storage pile of binder sheets (8) as the inserting of the binder sheets (8) between the piled up blanks (7) proceeds.
