The invention relates to the use of a partially acylated fructan, in particular a partially acylated inulin, having a degree of substitution with acyl groups of 0.4-2.5 and a degree of substitution of at most 0.2 with other substituents, as a bleach activator. The solubility and efficiency of these derivatives is better than that of comparable products such as completely acylated derivatives and carboxylated derivatives. The derivatives are prepared by acylation in an aqueous medium under controlled pH.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un fructane partiellement acylé, en particulier d'une inuline partiellement acylée, qui présente un degré de substitution par des groupes acyles se situant entre 0,4 et 2,5 et un degré de substitution de 0,2 au maximum par d'autres substituants, comme activateur de blanchiment. La solubilité et l'efficacité de ces dérivés est meilleure que celle de produits comparables, tels que des dérivés complètement acylés et des dérivés carboxylés. Ces dérivés sont préparés par acylation dans un milieu aqueux à pH contrôlé.
