The invention relates to bleached, mechanical paper pulps which are made from fibrillated cellulose fibres, hemicelluloses and lignin which is loaded with calcium carbonate. The calcium carbonate in said pulps is crystallised and covers, at least partially, the fibrillated cellulose fibres, hemicelluloses and lignin to which the calcium carbonate is solidly connected by means of a mechanical connection. The invention also relates to the paper produced using said pulps and to the preparation method of same.
