The present invention relates to a method for end-bleaching of pulp containing metal ions after a sequence comprising alkaline bleaching stages only and optionally treatment with complex forming agent, wherein the end-bleaching comprises two chlorine dioxide stages at a pulp concentration of 8-20 % and pH 2.5-4.5 wherein the pulp after the first chlorine dioxide stage is washed and dewatered to a concentration of 12-50 % for removal of the out-dissolved metal ions and that alkali thereupon is added to the pulp for fast alkali extraction and increase of pH to 8-14, whereupon the pulp is provided with acid and chlorine dioxide and introduced into the second chlorine dioxide stage.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de blanchiment final de pâte à papier contenant des ions métalliques après une séquence comportant seulement des opérations de blanchiment alcalin et éventuellement un traitement par un complexant. Le blanchiment final comporte deux opérations au dioxyde de chlore pour une concentration de pâte de 8 à 20 % et une valeur pH de 2.5 à 4.5 sachant qu'après la première opération au dioxyde de chlore, la pâte à papier est lavée et déshydratée jusqu'à obtention d'une concentration de 12 à 50 % pour le retrait des ions métalliques dissous. Ensuite, on ajoute l'alcali à la pâte pour une rapide extraction de l'alcali et une augmentation de la valeur pH jusqu'à 8-14. Ensuite la pâte est pourvue d'acide et de dioxyde de chlore et introduite dans le deuxième étage de dioxyde de chlore.
