The present invention provided a process for bleaching synthetic fibers with hydrogen peroxide, which comprises bleaching the synthetic fiber with a bleaching solution comprising hydrogen peroxide at a bleaching solution pH from 3 to 7 and at a bleaching solution temperature between 100 and 135°C.
