ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An elastomer comprising a blend of (A) an ethylene copolymer and (B) a copolyetherester derived from a dicar- boxylic acid, a diol, and a poly(oxyalkylene) glycol. The resultant elastomer blend is softer than the copolyetherester in the absence of the ethylene copolymer while retaining the toughness and other physical properties of the copolyether- ester. The blend will find uses in areas where the hardness of copolyetheresters limits market acceptance.
