The invention relates to a blender device comprising: a rotor (2) designed to engage with motor means (4) in order to be rotated;  and an annular ring (5) enclosing the rotor (2) and having at least one axial orifice and a plurality of radial orifices (6) for the passage of the blend; and an admission duct (7) for admitting particles intended to be incorporated into the blend, leading into the interior of said annular ring (5). The invention also relates to a blender assembly equipped with such a device and a process for producing an emulsion.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mélange comprenant : un rotor (2) destiné à coopérer avec des moyens moteurs (4) afin d'être entraîné en rotation; et une couronne annulaire (5) entourant le rotor (2) et présentant au moins un orifice axial et des orifices radiaux (6) pour le passage du mélange; et un conduit d'amenée (7) de particules destinées à être incorporées au mélange, débouchant à l'intérieur de ladite couronne annulaire (5). L'invention concerne également un ensemble de mélange équipé d'un tel dispositif et un procédé de fabrication d'une émulsion.
