ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Blends of polyphenylene ethers comprising 35-80% of a rubber modified alkenyl aromatic resin such as EPDM-styrene graft polymer have increased thermal distortion temperature and thermal oxidative stability in comparison to similar blends with lesser amounts of the rubber modified polymer. The blends may additionally comprise flame retardants and reinforcement agents, and are particularly suited for thermoplastic molding.
