ABSTRACT A blind for a window and the like is provided wherein the need for sewing is materially reduced. The blind includes at least a first sheet of flexible material, suspension arrangement to suspend the sheet from an overhead support, at least one pair of elongate members which extend generally horizontally and which are engaged with each other with a portion of the sheet material located between the members.
