The present invention called Blind Folks Mobile, BFM, deals with bi-energy vehicles, mainly human propelled and mobilized by the folks riding them, using; A) minimum three wheel lightweight, portable vehicles, foldable and convertible to other utilities, with a standby motor, accommodating three to ten passengers or more, all contributing individually to mobilize said vehicles, B) minimum four wheel vehicles adapted for groups of riders where each of the riders operates hand cranks and foot pedals at the same time with the possibility to roll on roads and railroads, with a standby motor and with an additional mechanism engaging a ground supported track, used in different ways to pull the vehicles along said track while guiding the vehicles at the same time.
