A blister (10) for pharmaceutical products, diagnostic reagents or medical implements consists of a blister bottom part (12), which is thermoformed from plastic, of a covering foil (16) made of aluminum or of an aluminum/plastic composite, and consists of an undersealing trough (18), which is sealed against the rear side of the blister bottom part (12) and which is cold-formed from an aluminum/plastic composite film. The aluminum/plastic composite film of the undersealing trough (18) comprises, on the side oriented toward the blister bottom part (12), a peelable heat-sealable layer consisting of a paint having an application weight ranging from 2 to 20 g/m2, preferably 7 to 15 g/m2, a peelable plastic film having a film thickness ranging from 10 to 40 m, preferably from 15 to 30 m, or a peelable plastic coating having an application weight ranging from 5 to 40 g/m2, preferably 7 to 20 g/m2. The undersealing trough (18) that can be removed from the blister bottom part (12) by peeling permits the product contained inside the blister (10) to be seen. In order to achieve an optimal storage quality of the product even after the aluminum/plastic composite film of the undersealing trough has been removed, the plastic of the bottom part comprises a barrier with a passage blocking effect against water vapor and/or gases.
L'invention concerne un emballage-coque (10) destiné à des produits pharmaceutiques, des produits de diagnostic ou des instruments médicaux et comprenant un élément fond (12) en matière plastique thermoformée, un film opercule (16) en aluminium ou en composite aluminium/plastique et une cuvette de scellement inférieure (18) formée à froid dans un film composite aluminium/plastique et scellée à la face arrière de l'élément fond (12). Le film composite aluminium/plastique de la cuvette de scellement inférieure (18) présente, sur la face dirigée vers l'élément fond (12), une couche thermosoudée pelable composée d'un vernis d'un poids d'application de 2 à 20 g/m?2¿, de préférence de 7 à 15 g/m?2¿, un film plastique pelable d'une épaisseur de 10 à 40 ?m, de préférence de 15 à 30 ?m, ou un revêtement plastique pelable d'un poids d'application de 5 à 40 g/m?2¿, de préférence de 7 à 20 g/m?2¿. La cuvette de scellement inférieure (18) que l'on peut détacher de l'élément fond (12) par pelage permet de voir le produit contenu dans l'emballage-coque (10). Pour obtenir une conservabilité optimale du produit emballé même une fois le film composite aluminium/plastique enlevé de la cuvette de scellement inférieure, le plastique de l'élément fond présente une barrière imperméable à la vapeur d'eau et/ou aux gaz.
