The process for producing said copolyetheramide com- prises the steps of polymerizing the polyamide monomers in the presence of hypophosphorous acid or meta-hypophosphorous acid and then of polyesterifying the polyamide with polyalkylene ether having hydroxyl end groups. The present invention relates to block copolyether- amides suitable for being utilized in the injection molding, and to a process for preparing them.
