The present invention relates to using certain block copolymer based hot melt adhesive compositions for the assembly of disposable absorbent articles such as disposable diapers wherein the adhesive is in contact with an oil-based skin care ingredient, and the resulting disposable absorbent article. The adhesive is particularly useful for adhesively bonding elastic to nonwoven, and exhibiits good stress resistance in the presence of lotion.
