A mold assembly for manufacturing concrete blocks and which is adapted for use in a concrete block machine. The mold assembly includes a plurality of liner plates forming at least a first mold cavity, wherein at least a first liner plate is moveable, and a drive assembly. The drive assembly includes a first drive element having a first end and coupled to the first moveable liner plate proximate to a second end, and an actuator assembly. The actuator assembly includes a second drive element selectively coupled to the first drive element proximate to the first end, wherein the actuator assembly is configured to drive the second drive element along a first axis so as to cause at least the second end of the first drive element to move along a second axis and cause the first moveable liner plate to move toward and away from an interior of the first mold cavity.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble moule pour la fabrication de parpaings, conçu pour s'utiliser dans une machine à parpaings. L'ensemble moule comporte une pluralité de panneaux de garniture formant au moins une première cavité de moulage, un premier panneau étant mobile, et un ensemble d'entraînement. L'ensemble d'entraînement comporte un premier élément d'entraînement dont une première extrémité est couplée au premier panneau mobile à proximité d'une deuxième extrémité, et un ensemble actionneur. L'ensemble actionneur comporte un deuxième élément d'entraînement sélectivement couplé au premier élément d'entraînement à proximité de la première extrémité. L'ensemble actionneur est configuré pour entraîner le deuxième élément d'entraînement selon un premier axe de façon à amener au moins la deuxième extrémité du premier élément d'entraînement à se déplacer selon un deuxième axe et à amener le premier panneau de garniture mobile à se rapprocher et s'éloigner de l'intérieur de la première cavité de moule.
