[PROBLEMS] To provide a blocked enzyme marker complex that can be used for detecting with high sensitivity of antigens, proteins, etc. existing infinitesimally in the living body. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a blocked enzyme probe complex comprising a block composed of, bound via an enzyme or a linker, combos of a carrier of two or more molecules of 20,000 to 4,000,000 molecular weight and an enzyme, wherein a probe molecule is bound to the enzyme.

Selon l'invention, le problème repose sur le fait d'engendrer un complexe marqueur enzymatique bloqué qui peut être utilisé pour détecter avec une sensibilité élevée des antigènes, des protéines etc. existant à l'échelle infinitésimale dans le corps vivant. Pour ce faire, un complexe de sonde enzymatique bloqué renferme un bloc composé, via un enzyme ou un lieur, de combinaisons d'un porteur d'au moins deux molécules de poids moléculaire compris entre 20 000 et 4 000 000 et d'un enzyme, une molécule de sonde étant liée à l'enzyme.
