The invention relates to a blocking apparatus for blocking and/or sealing off a line for transporting - preferably hot - media, in particular dust-laden gases, preferably for blocking and/or sealing off a line for transporting hot gases which may be laden with solid particles, having a movable closure body (2) and at least one sealing element (9), in particular a seat ring, against which the closure body bears in the blocking position, and having a device for rotating the closure body (11) about an axis of rotation, in particular a shaft, to which the closure body is connected. In this blocking apparatus, the closure body, by means of a suitable flexible linkage to the device for rotating the closure body, is mounted such that it can move in the direction of the axis of rotation and/or in a direction which is perpendicular with respect thereto, such that it slides on the sealing element.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'obturation destiné à obturer et/ou assurer l'étanchéité d'une canalisation servant à transporter des fluides, de préférence chauds, en particulier des gaz chargés de poussière, de préférence destiné à obturer et/ou assurer l'étanchéité d'une canalisation servant à transporter des gaz chauds, éventuellement chargés de particules solides. Ce dispositif comprend un corps de fermeture (2) mobile et au moins un élément d'étanchéité (9), en particulier une bague d'appui, sur lequel est appuyé le corps de fermeture en position d'obturation, ainsi qu'un dispositif (11) de mise en rotation du corps de fermeture autour d'un axe de rotation, en particulier un arbre auquel le corps de fermeture est relié. Selon l'invention, le corps de fermeture est monté de façon à pouvoir être déplacé, en coulissant sur l'élément d'étanchéité, en direction de l'axe de rotation et/ou dans une direction perpendiculaire à celui-ci, au moyen d'une articulation flexible adaptée reliée au dispositif de mise en rotation du corps de fermeture.
