ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved cam element is disclosed for use in an anti-tip blocking device for preventing the opening of more than one file drawer in a file cabinet at one time. The improved cam element provides stop means to limit rotation of the cam element between two desired positions yet maintain a cylindrical body portion of the cam element free to be vertically slidable and rotatable within a vertical channel member.
