The service life of an apparatus is to be restricted if there are hygiene, medical or technical reasons for this. This requires a device which cannot be interfered with by the user of the apparatus, which will reliably, effectively and definitively prevent further use of the apparatus once the prescribed number of actuations has been reached. A locking-stressing-mechanism with spring-actuated output drive and a counter with which an apparatus of this kind is fitted, accommodated in a two part housing the two parts of which are mounted to be rotatable relative to each other, can be blocked by means of a pre-stressed leaf spring. The leaf spring is initially accommodated in a recess in the wall of one housing part. As soon as the permitted number of actuations has been reached a push rod pushes the leaf spring out of its resting position. The leaf spring then jumps into a recess in the wall of the other housing part and the two housing parts can no longer be rotated relative to each other. The push rod may be mounted on the pointer of the counter. This blocking device can only be overcome by the application of a force which is sufficient to destroy the device. The device is suitable for blocking a high pressure atomiser or a needleless injector with which a fluid is atomised to form an aerosol or a fluid is injected into a biological tissue.
L'objectif de cette invention est de limiter la durée d'utilisation d'un appareil pour des raisons hygiéniques, médicales ou techniques. A cet effet, un dispositif ne pouvant pas être influencé par l'utilisateur de cet appareil est nécessaire, lequel dispositif empêche la réutilisation dudit appareil de façon fiable, efficace et définitive, dès que le nombre prescrit de manoeuvres est atteint. Selon cette invention, un mécanisme tendeur à blocage pourvu d'une sortie à ressort et d'un compteur, équipant un appareil de ce type et inséré dans un boîtier en deux parties montées de façon à pouvoir pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre, peut être bloqué par un ressort à lames précontraint. Ce ressort à lames est d'abord inséré dans un évidement formé dans la paroi de la première partie du boîtier. Dès que le nombre admissible de manoeuvres est atteint, un taquet pousse le ressort à lames de façon le faire sortir de sa position de repos. Ce ressort à lames s'engage dans un évidement formé dans la paroi de l'autre partie de boîtier, de sorte que les deux parties du boîtier ne peuvent plus être pivotées l'une par rapport à l'autre. Ce taquet peut être installé dans l'aiguille du compteur. Ce dispositif de blocage ne peut être libéré que par l'application d'un moment de force avec lequel l'appareil est détruit. Ce dispositif de blocage s'utilise pour bloquer un pulvérisateur haute pression ou un injecteur sans aiguille permettant de pulvériser un liquide sous la forme d'un aérosol ou d'injecter un liquide dans un tissu biologique.
