ABSTRACT Blood circulation activating apparatus includes a housing in which there are mechanisms to which two pedals outside the housing are connected. The mechanisms consist of two parallel, plain and elbowed or articulated arms that are articulated in an axis perpendicular to the planes defined by both arms to supports connected to the internal surface of the bottom section of the housing. The arms protrude from the housing through one of its end sections, through parallel apertures on the upper section or wall of the housing. At their other ends the arms are connected to an equal number of independently driven springs anchored to a support, the latter being fixed to the internal surface of the bottom floor of the housing.
