ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A blood pressure regulator including a cylindrical casing consisted of an upper shell fastened to a lower shell to hold a charging and discharging oscillatory circuit, an insulator formed inside the upper shell, an earphone jack on the lower shell, a press-button switch on the upper shell, and a conductive clip and wire set for connecting the earphone jack to the ears, whereby pressing on the press-button switch causes charging and discharging oscillatory circuit to discharge the electricity in irritating the ears so as to drop or increase the blood pressure.
