A blood vessel anastomosing auxiliary tool consisting of a flexible hollow conduit having opening ends at the opposite ends thereof, and comprising, on the outer surface of the conduit, at least two bulky portions, a retrieving means for retrieving the conduit from within a blood vessel, and desirably a guide wire for guiding the conduit when it is inserted into a blood vessel, characterized in that the conduit has flexibility and self-restoring property, and the bulky portions are disposed on the conduit eccentrically, the use of the blood vessel anastomosing auxiliary tool permitting a quick and positive anastomosis between a bypassed blood vessel and a bypassing blood vessel while a blood flow remaining in a portion between the central and peripheral sides of the bypassed blood vessel is secured during a blood vessel bypassing operation, and further ensuring an unobstructed blood vessel anastomosing to allow an easier practicing operation (anastomosing) than those by conventional tools.
L'invention concerne un instrument auxiliaire d'anastomose de vaisseau sanguin. Cet instrument est constitué d'un conduit flexible creux présentant des ouvertures au niveau de ses extrémités opposées et comprenant, sur la surface extérieure dudit conduit, au moins deux portions volumineuses, un moyen de récupération permettant de récupérer le conduit de l'intérieur d'un vaisseau sanguin et éventuellement un fil-guide servant à guider ce conduit lorsqu'il est introduit dans un vaisseau sanguin. Ledit instrument est caractérisé en ce que ce conduit présente une certaine flexibilité et une propriété de restauration automatique et que les portions volumineuses sont agencées sur le conduit de manière excentrique. L'utilisation de cet instrument auxiliaire d'anastomose de vaisseau sanguin permet une anastomose rapide et positive entre un vaisseau sanguin ponté et un vaisseau sanguin de pontage, un flux sanguin restant dans une portion entre les côtés intermédiaire et périphérique du vaisseau sanguin ponté étant protégé pendant une opération de pontage du vaisseau sanguin. Cet instrument permet également une anastomose de vaisseau sanguin non obstrué pour une intervention (anastomose) plus facilement réalisable qu'au moyen d'instruments classiques.
