Blends of triglyceride compositions A, and B and/or C, wherein A is a triglyceride composition of the (H2M + M2H)-type, H = saturated fatty acid > C16, M = saturated fatty acid C8-C14, while preferably the C40-C46/C30-C38 ratio of component herein ranges from 1-20, B = triglyceride composition relatively high in (U3 + U2S) triglycerides, U = unsaturated fatty acid, S = saturated fatty acid and C = vegetable fat with an N20 (not stab.) > 15, containing preferably high amounts of SUS triglycerides, are novel and display excellent anti-bloom behaviour at ambient temperatures.
Divulgation de mélanges de compositions de triglycérides A et B et/ou C, dans lesquels A est une composition de triglycérides de type (H2M + M2H), dans laquelle H est un acide gras saturé en C16 ou supérieur à 16, M est un acide gras saturé en C8-C14, et le rapport des composés en C40-C46 aux composés en C30-C38 est de préférence compris entre 1 et 20 inclusivement; B est une composition de triglycérides ayant une teneur relativement élevée en triglycérides (U3 + U2S), dans laquelle U est un acide gras insaturé, S est un acide gras saturé; et C est une graisse végétale ayant un N20 (non stab.) supérieur à 15, contenant de préférence des quantités importantes de triglycérides SUS. Ces mélanges sont nouveaux et ont un excellent comportement anti-blanchiment à la température ambiante.
