A moving contact assembly for high-current interruption electric power switching apparatus has an inner carrier for the contact fingers that is rigidly held in a withstand position in an outer carrier by a spring biased cam follower pin engaging a cam profile on the inner carrier and configured to positively seat an inner carrier stop against an outer carrier stop on the outer carrier and to rapidly drive the inner carrier to a blow open position in response to a fault. The cam profile has an extended width divided between spaced apart cam profile sections to absorb the high closing and withstand forces. An abutment on the outer carrier resists bowing of the cam follower pin between the cam profile sections. Complementary convex and concave partial cylindrical surfaces on the inner carrier and a gas shield on the moving assembly carrier body maintain an arc gas seal during blow open.
L'invention concerne un ensemble à contact mobile (1) pour commutateur électrique de puissance, à interruption de courant élevée, présentant un support intérieur (19) pour doigts de contact (31), qui est maintenu rigide en une position de résistance dans un support extérieur (17) par une tige suiveuse de came (61) sollicitée élastiquement, coopérant avec un profil de came (51) sur le support intérieur (19), et configurée pour positionner positivement une butée support intérieure (87) contre une butée support extérieure (85) sur le support extérieur (17), et entraîner rapidement le support intérieur (19) en position d'ouverture par souffle, en réponse à un défaut. Le profil de came (51) présente une largeur étendue, divisée entre des sections de profil de came (53) à distance entre elles, en vue d'absorber les forces élevées de fermeture et de résistance. Une butée (83) sur le support extérieur (19) résiste à la déformation en arc de la tige suiveuse de came (61), entre les sections de profil de came (53). Des surfaces partiellement cylindriques convexes (133) et concaves (131) complémentaires sur le support intérieur (19) et un écran de protection gazeuse (123) sur le corps support de l'ensemble mobile (3) maintiennent un joint étanche de gaz d'arc durant l'ouverture par souffle.
