A hand-held blower (10) and adjustable blower nozzle attachment (34) for providing a variable rate air flow discharge from the nozzle attachment. The blower (10) includes a housing (12), a tubular body (28) and a blower nozzle attachment (34). The blower nozzle attachment (34) includes at least one constrictor flap (48, 50) provided within the nozzle attachment body (38) to change the air flow rate between a low air velocity rate in a first position and a higher air velocity rate in a second position. The adjustable nozzle attachment (34) is provided with at least one aperture (46) corresponding to the at least one constrictor flap (48, 50) for adjustment of the flap (48, 50) between the first and second positions. A control (42) is rotatably mounted to the nozzle body (38) to return the at least one constrictor flap (48, 50) from the second position to the first position. Alternatively, the control (130) may be slidably mounted to the nozzle attachment body.

L'invention concerne une souffleuse (10) à main et un embout souffleur (34) réglable permettant de fournir un flux d'air à débit variable à partir de l'embout souffleur.
