An apparatus (70) is provided for mounting a blower motor (80) into a blower housing (36) having an interior region (96) for receiving the blower motor (80). The apparatus (70) includes a top shell (72) configured to surround a top portion of the blower motor (80), and a bottom shell (74) configured to surround a bottom portion of the blower motor (80). The top and bottom shells (72, 74) are configured to hold the blower motor (80) in the interior region (96) of the housing (36) without a rigid connection between the blower motor (80) and the blower housing (36).

L'invention concerne un dispositif (70) qui permet de fixer le moteur (80) d'un ventilateur soufflant dans un boîtier (36) de ventilateur comportant une zone interne (96) destinée à recevoir ledit moteur (80). Le dispositif (70) comprend une coque supérieure (72), configurée de façon à entourer la partie supérieure du moteur, (80) et une coque inférieure (74), configurée de façon à entourer la partie inférieure du moteur (80). Les coques supérieure et inférieure (72, 74) sont configurées de façon à maintenir le moteur (80) dans la zone interne (96) du boîtier (36) sans liaison rigide entre le moteur (80) et le boîtier (36).
