A re-usable tray for securely containing both small and large perishable goods, while providing a unique means for ventilating and circulating fluids is described. The ventilating means efficiently permits the transfer of fluids between the interior and exterior of the tray. The tray may be combined with a cover to form a container. The container may contain blueberries and other small perishable goods, wherein the ventilating means is not blocked by these goods. Further, the ventilating means provides for drainage to minimize condensation build up. The container also has ribs extending from the sides, front and back of the container providing rigidity and support to the container. The ribs have slits that provide additional ventilation to the container. The container also has a support means for preventing the top and bottom of the container from bending or curving into the interior storage area of the container.
L'invention porte sur des plateaux réutilisables pour le rangement, en toute sécurité, de petits ou de gros produits périssables et présente un moyen unique de ventilation et de circulation des fluides. Le dispositif de ventilation assure un transfert efficace de fluides entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur du plateau. Ce plateau peut être combiné avec un couvercle pour former un contenant de rangement de bleuets ou d'autres petits produits périssables et le dispositif de ventilation du plateau n'est pas obstrué par la présence de produits. De plus, le dispositif de ventilation assure le drainage des fluides de façon à minimiser la condensation. Le contenant comprend des nervures s'avançant sur ses côtés, de l'avant vers l'arrière pour assurer rigidité et soutien. Des fentes sont aménagées dans les nervures, afin d'offrir une ventilation additionnelle au contenant, qui comprend également un renfort pour empêcher les parties supérieure et inférieure de plier ou de se courber vers l'intérieur de la zone d'entreposage.
