B9602 P/5 CA BOARD SORTER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Apparatus for separating mixed paper qualities especially laminated products such as corrugated cardboards comprises preconditioning the product with a solvent to mollify the adhesive bond, exposing the preconditioned laminate in a mill to procure delamination and selective fragmentation of the constituent plies of the product. The mill comprises an impeller enclosed by a screen through which fragments pass for collection, and a wiper for unclogging the screen.
