ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An exercise device adapted to be worn around the user's limb comprising a fabric body of a rectangular shape having a lengthwise extent so as to be worn in a limb-encircling position about the user's limb, plural packets of particulate using as weights for said exercise device, an arrangement of plural side-by-side compartments each receiving therein a cooperating one said packet of particulate, and a foam panel occupying an interposed position between said exercise device and said user's limb whereby said particulate conforms in shape to the limb anatomy of said user and in conjunction with said foam panel contributes to comfort during the wearing of said device.
