This is a body mounted support system for photo and video camera providing a flexible camera control and a long-lasting and steady camera shooting without pain on arms and shoulders. This body mounted support system is a front mount apparatus which is secured by three straps: two shoulder straps from the upper part of the apparatus cross the back of the operator and secure to the lower part of the apparatus. And one belly strap on lower part of the apparatus secures around the waist of the operator. An adjustable bracket which pivots to the upper part of the apparatus is able to elevate the camera up and down in position. Two side holders attached are for holding accessories.
