A combined bolt cap, nut and washer is used in the mounting of toilet fixtures. It replaces the conventional cap washer, flat washer, nut and cap. The combined bolt cap, nut and washer is an elongate body, preferably cylindrical, with a threaded bore extending into the unit from one end. The bore is long enough to accept the full, uncut length of the fixture- mounting bolts. To improve torque, the bore may be offset eccentrically.
