ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Nonwoven fabrics are bonded by a binding agent which comprises an aqueous dispersion of an organic polymer coupled to an inorganic filler by means of an organosilane or organotitanate coupling agent. Such fabrics possess properties which render them excep- tionally suitable for use as top sheets for disposable diapers and the like.
