Phenol/aldehyde resins particularly phenol/folmaldehyde resins are manufactured by replacing a proportion of the phenol content by a mixture of at least two different natural materials having a phenolic content. The resulting resins which can be used in bonding composite materials are at least as effective as the resin using only phenol and more satisfactory environmentally.

L'invention concerne des résines phénol-aldéhydes, en particulier des résines phénol-formaldéhydes, dont la production consiste à remplacer une proportion de la teneur en phénol par un mélange d'au moins deux matériaux naturels différents ayant une teneur phénolique. Les résines résultantes, qui peuvent être utilisées dans des matériaux composites de liaison, sont au moins aussi efficaces que les résines n'utilisant que du phénol, et plus satisfaisantes du point de vue écologique.
