Disclosed is a bone cement composition comprising polyalkyl methacrylate derived from methacrylate having an alkyl group of 1 - 4 carbon atoms, hydroxyapatite, alkyl methacrylate having an alkyl group of 1 - 4 carbon atoms, 4-(2-methacryloyloxyethyl)trimellitic acid or anhydride thereof, and a polymerization initiator. Also disclosed are a cured product of the composition, an implant material using the composition and a process for the preparation of the implant material.
On divulgue une composition de ciment orthopédique comprenant du poly(méthacrylate d'alkyle) dérivé d'un méthacrylate portant un groupe alkyle de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, de l'hydroxyapatite, du méthacrylate d'alkyle portant un groupe alkyle de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, de l'acide 4-(2-méthacryloyloxyéthyl)trimellitique ou un anhydride de ce dernier, et un initiateur de polymérisation. On divulgue également un produit durci de cette composition, un matériau pour implant utilisant cette composition et un procédé de préparation du matériau pour implant.
