Provided is a bone conduction speaker, which does not clog an earhole so that it does not obstruct the listening of an outside sound, which vibrates a tragus portion locally so that it is so highly efficient as to leak little sound, and which is so simply constituted that it can be easily fitted and removed. The bone conduction speaker comprises a bone conduction speaker body (1) and holding means (2) attached to the bone conduction speaker body (1) for holding the bone conduction speaker body on or near the position of a tragus (31). The bone conduction speaker is characterized in that it is formed into such a ring shape as is confined in a cavity of concha (30), and in that its two outer face portions abut against the inner side portion of the tragus (31) and the inner side face of the cavity of concha (30) and push them continuously so that the holding means (2) is retained at that position.

L'invention concerne un écouteur à conduction osseuse, qui n'obstrue pas le conduit auditif et ne fait donc pas obstacle à l'écoute d'un son extérieur. L'écouteur à conduction osseuse fait vibrer localement une partie du tragus avec une efficacité si grande qu'il laisse passer un petit son, sa structure étant d'une simplicité telle que l'écouteur s'installe et s'enlève facilement. L'écouteur à conduction osseuse comprend un corps d'écouteur à conduction osseuse (1) et un moyen de retenue (2) fixé audit corps (1) pour le retenir à la position d'un tragus (31) ou à proximité de cette position.
