The device is used for bone fixation, particularly during vertebral surgery. Said device comprises at least two bone fixation elements (2) both having a part (3), which can be anchored on or in the bone, and having a passage (4). The device comprises at least two longitudinal and flexible joining elements (5), which can be inserted into the passages (4) of both adjacent bone fixation elements (2) and secured therein. The device permits a large degree of flexibility with regard to anatomical relationships, and to the surgically achieved results during the implantation of the device, and permits a complete staying by means of a simple blocking of the elements of the device that can move relative to one another. In addition, the device enables a minimally invasive treatment of the vertebral column.

L'invention concerne un dispositif utilisé pour fixer des os, notamment en chirurgie de la colonne vertébrale. Ledit dispositif comprend au moins deux éléments de fixation d'os (2), qui présentent chacune une partie (3) ancrable sur ou dans des os et un passage (4). Ledit dispositif comprend au moins deux éléments de jonction (5) longitudinaux, flexibles, pouvant être insérés et fixés dans les alésages de passage, dans chaque cas, par deux éléments adjacents de fixation d'os (2). Ledit dispositif (5) permet d'une part d'avoir une grande flexibilité par rapport aux conditions anatomiques et aux résultats obtenus su le plan chirurgical, pendant l'implantation du dispositif et d'autre part, un raidissement complet des éléments dudit dispositif, mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre, par un blocage aisé desdits éléments. Ledit dispositif permet de traiter la colonne vertébrale par chirurgie invasive minimale.
