A bone fracture fixation device comprises an intramedullary nail with a distal end, a proximal end and a central axis. An intramedullary nail head can be set and fixed on the proximal end of the intramedullary nail and has at least one bore which extends transversely to the central axis for form-fittingly receiving at a stable angle bone fixation means. At least one threaded bore is provided between the distal end and the proximal end of the intramedullary nail.

Une tête de clou intramédullaire (10) peut être placée et fixée sur l'extrémité proximale (3) de celui-ci et présente au moins un perçage (11; 13), transversal par rapport à l'axe central (4), pour recevoir par liaison de forme et selon un angle stable un moyen d'ostéosynthèse (12, 14). Au moins un perçage fileté (8; 29) est pratiqué entre l'extrémité distale (2) et l'extrémité proximale (3) du clou intramédullaire (1).
