A bone fixation system with a linking support comprising at least one through hole, at least one bone screw inserted into a through hole, bearing surfaces that allow for mutual alignment of the linking support and the bone screw at various angles, in addition to means for fixing the bone screw at a specific angle to the linking support. The fixing means consist of a threaded connection that is obtained by screwing the bone screw at a specific angle and is formed by a preformed thread that is arranged underneath at least one of the bearing surfaces below the bearing surfaces of the bone screw and linking support.

Les moyens de fixation possèdent une liaison par filetage obtenue par vissage de la vis pour os à un angle déterminé et formée par la déformation d'un filetage préformé situé au moins au-dessous d'une des surfaces d'appui, ladite liaison par filetage étant située sous les surfaces d'appui de la vis pour os et du support de liaison.
