A method for repairing damaged or diseased bone is described. The method comprises the step of implanting into the damaged or diseased region a bone graft composition in powder form, said composition comprising the tunica submucosa delaminated from the tunica muscularis and the luminal portion of the tunica mucosa of a segment of vertebrate intestine.

L'invention porte sur une technique visant à réparer des os endommagés ou malades. Cette technique consiste à implanter dans la région endommagée ou malade une composition de greffe osseuse sous forme pulvérulente; cette composition comprenant la sous-muqueuse délaminée provenant de la tunique musculaire et la partie luminale de la muqueuse d'un segment d'intestin de vertébré.
