A bone implant includes a generally cylindrical body, a reservoir in the body for holding an implant fluid and passage-ways in said body for connecting the reservoir to the outside of the body to permit the solution to move from the reservoir to the outside of the body. The implant can also be threaded with notchs in the threads, and can include absorbant material for retaining and releasing an implant solution.
