The bone marrow harvesting set according to the invention includes: a centrifuge container used for harvesting bone marrow; a cap with a collection inlet; and a collection tube with connectors attached to both ends thereof, the set being constructed in such a manner as to put the cap on the centrifuge container, fit one of the connectors into the collection inlet of the cap, and fit the other connector into the mantle of the bone marrow harvesting needle so as to collect bone marrow. The bone marrow harvesting needle includes: a tubular mantle and an inner needle with its tip allowed to project from the mantle, the inner needle having a drilling edge formed at its tip and the mantle having a cutting edge formed at its tip.
L'invention concerne un ensemble permettant d'effectuer un échantillonnage de liquide de moelle épinière et une aiguille pour moelle épinière. Cet ensemble pour échantillonnage de liquide de moelle épinière comprend un contenant de séparation centrifuge permettant de réaliser des échantillons de liquide de moelle épinière, un capuchon présentant un orifice d'échantillonnage, et un tube d'échantillonnage présentant un connecteur fixé audit tube, à chaque extrémité. Le contenant de séparation centrifuge est fermé à l'aide dudit capuchon, le connecteur situé à une extrémité du tube d'échantillonnage étant fixé à l'orifice d'échantillonnage du capuchon, et le connecteur situé à l'autre extrémité du tube d'échantillonnage étant fixé au revêtement de l'aiguille pour moelle épinière, retenue dans une moelle épinière dans laquelle on doit prélever du liquide de moelle épinière. Cette aiguille pour moelle épinière comprend un revêtement tubulaire et une aiguille intérieure, ladite aiguille intérieure étant insérée de manière amovible dans le revêtement, de sorte que la pointe de l'aiguille intérieure dépasse du revêtement, et étant caractérisée en ce qu'une lame rotative est formée à la pointe de l'aiguille intérieure, et qu'une lame coupante est formée à la pointe du revêtement.
