The present invention incorporates new materials for bone regeneration, methods for their manufacture, and application in traumatology surgery, maxillofacial surgery, dental surgery, orthognatic surgery, endodontics, ophthalmology, neurosurgery and/or osteoporotic processes, and other indications where bone regeneration is required. In particular, the present invention incorporates synthetic materials with a 20 % to a 95 %, preferably between 40% and 90% in mass of monetite [Ca1-x M x HPO4, where 0 <= x <= 0.05, and where M can be a divalent metallic ion], and which in their final composition incorporate between 5 % and 80 %, preferably between 0 % and 60 %, in mass of bioactive calcium compounds chosen from calcium phosphates and between 5% and 80 % in total mass of bioactive silicon compounds chosen from calcium silicates and/or bioactive silica glasses and gels.

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux matériaux de régénération osseuse, leurs procédés de fabrication, et leur utilisation en chirurgie traumatologique, chirurgie maxillo-faciale, chirurgie dentaire, chirurgie orthognatique, endodontie, ophthalmologie, neurochirurgie et/ou dans le processus d'ostéoporose et autres indications où la régénération osseuse est requise. Linvention concerne en particulier des matériaux synthétiques présentant 20 à 95%, de préférence 40 à 90% en masse de monétite [Ca1-XMXHPO4, où 0 = x = 0,05, et où M peut être un ion métallique divalent], et dont la composition finale comporte 5 à 80%, de préférence 0 à 60% en masse de composés bioactifs de calcium choisis parmi les phosphates de calcium, et 5 à 80% en masse totale de composés bioactifs de silicium choisis parmi les silicates de calcium et/ou des verres ou gels bioactifs de silice.
