The invention provides a book containing a three dimensional model assembly made from a plurality of model components attached to respective pages in the book. The model can be a human body or anything desired. When the book is closed, the model components combine to form a completely assembled model assembly that is thinner than the book. Thus, the book can lie flat on either its front or back cover on a flat surface. When the book is open, and as a reader turns each page, the model components attached to the respective page separate from the model assembly revealing other components that remain combined to form a partially assembled model assembly. The components can be fixedly or hingedly attached to respective pages with bars, flaps or both. If hingedly attached, the model components can be separated from the model assembly without turning a respective page.
L'invention concerne un livre contenant un modèle tridimensionnel constitué d'une pluralité d'éléments modèles fixés aux pages respectives du livre. Le modèle peut être un corps humain désirée ou toute autre forme souhaitée. Lorsque le livre est fermé, les éléments modèles se combinent pour former un modèle complètement assemblé, qui est plus mince que le livre. Ainsi, le livre peut reposer à plat sur la couverture avant ou la couverture arrière sur une surface plate. Lorsque le livre est ouvert, et qu'un lecteur tourne chaque page, les éléments modèles fixés à la page respective se séparent du modèle pour révéler d'autres éléments qui restent combinés afin de former un modèle partiellement assemblé. Les éléments peuvent être attachés de manière fixe ou de manière articulée aux pages respectives avec des barres, des rabats ou les deux. S'ils sont fixés de manière articulée, les éléments modèles peuvent être séparés du modèle sans tourner une page respective.
