THE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is provided a new and useful bore hole plug comprising a central support member, an expandable sleeve secured about the central support, a first reactant chemical within the sleeve which is capable of reacting with a second reactant chemical or a catalyst to form a closed cell foam, and means by which the second reactant can be introduced to the sleeve.
