This invention relates to a liquid composition comprising enzyme and a boronic acid or borinic acid derivative enzyme stabilizer of formula (I), where R1 is an optionally substituted fused aromatic ring structure: containing 14 or 18 carbon atoms in the ring, or an optionally substituted monocyclic or fused aromatic heterocyclic ring structure containing up to 17 carbon atoms in the ring, or an optionally substituted monocyclic or fused quinoid ring structure containing up to 18 carbon atoms in the ring; R2 has formula (II) where X is the same or different and selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, substituted C1-C6 alkyl, aryl substituted aryl, hydroxy, hydroxyl derivative, halogen, amine, alkylated amine, amine derivative, nitro, thiol, thiol derivative, aldehyde, acid, acid salt, ester, sulfonate or phosphonate, an o, p and q may be the same or different and may each be 0, 1 or 2; n and m may be the same or different and may each be 0 or 1; R3 is the same or different as R1 and selected from R1, or R3 is a hydroxyl group, or R1 and R3 are both optionally substituted monocyclic or dicyclic aromatic ring structures.

Composition liquide comportant une enzyme et, à titre de stabilisateur d'enzymes, un dérivé d'acide boronique ou borinique répondant à la formule (I), dans laquelle R1 représente une structure de cycle aromatique condensé et éventuellmeent substitué renfermant 14 ou 18 atomes de carbone dans le cycle, ou une structure d'hétérocycle aromatique condensé ou monocyclique et éventuellement substitué renfermant jusqu'à 17 atomes de carbone dans le cycle, ou encore une structure de cycle quinonoïde condensé ou monocyclique et éventuellement substitué renfermant jusqu'à 18 atomes de carbone dans le cycle; R2 répond à la formule (II), dans laquelle les X, identiques ou différents, sont choisis parmi hydrogène, alkyle C1-6, alkyle C1-6 substitué, aryle, aryle substitué, hydroxy, un dérivé hydroxylique, halogène, amine, amine alkylée, un dérivé d'amine, nitro, thiol, un dérivé de thiol, aldéhyde, acide, un sel acide, ester, sulfonate ou phosphonate, et o, p et q, identiques ou différents, sont 0, 1 ou 2; n et m, identiques ou différents, sont 0 ou 1; R3, éventuellement identique à R1, est choisi parmi R1, ou représente un groupe hydroxyle, ou à la fois R1 et R3 représentent des structures de cycle aromatique monocyclique ou dicyclique.
