The invention relates to a closure (1), embodied to cooperate with a neck (5) of a container, said neck (5), having a wide mouth (50) on the upper part thereof and an external thread (52) and a tapering piece (53) on the lateral wall, for sealing said closure (1) which comprises a) an external body (2), typically comprising an external head and an external skirt, b) an insert (3), typically made from plastic, said insert (3) enclosed within said body (2) and fixed to said body (2), comprising an internal head (30) and an internal skirt (31), provided with an internal thread (33), for cooperation with the external thread (52) of said neck (5) and c) a sealing joint (4), typically forming an inset piece, fixed to the insert. Said joint (4) comprises a central piece (40) and a peripheral or border piece (41), characterised in that said insert (3) comprises a radial compression means (6), for said sealing joint (4) against the neck (5), such that when said bottle closure (1) is screwed to the neck (5), said border (41) is compressed radially between said insert (3) and said neck (5). The above has advantageous sealing and the opening torque for said closure (1) is little dependent on the temperature and axial position of the closure (1) with relation to the neck (5).
La capsule de bouchage (1), destinée à coopérer avec un goulot (5) d'un récipient, ledit goulot (5) formant un buvant (50) sur sa partie supérieure et comprenant, sur sa paroi latérale, un filetage extérieur (52) et une partie rétreinte (53) destinée au sertissage de ladite capsule (1), comprend a) une coque extérieure (2) typiquement comprenant une tête extérieure et une jupe extérieure, b) un insert (3), typiquement en matière plastique, ledit insert (3), contenu dans ladite coque (2) et solidarisé à ladite coque (2), comprenant une tête intérieure (30) et une jupe intérieure (31) dotée d'un filetage intérieur (33) destinée à coopérer avec le filetage extérieur (52) dudit goulot (5), et c) un joint d'étanchéité (4) formant typiquement une pièce rapportée solidarisée audit insert, ledit joint (4) comprenant une partie centrale (40) et une partie périphérique ou bordure (41), et est caractérisée en que ledit insert (3) comprend un moyen de compression radiale (6) dudit joint d'étanchéité (4) contre ledit goulot (5), de manière à ce que, lorsque ladite capsule de bouchage (1) est vissée audit goulot (5), ladite bordure (41) soit comprimée radialement entre ledit insert (3) et ledit goulot (5). Avantages : l'étanchéité et le couple d'ouverture de ladite capsule (1) dépendent peu de la température et de position axiale de ladite capsule (1) par rapport audit goulot (5).
