A napkin/toothpick/bottle holder is described. The napkin/toothpick/bottle holder has one holder for holding napkins (1), one holder for holding toothpicks (2) and 2 or more holes for holding a portion of a bottle (3), such as the neck of a bottle with the cap on. The napkin/toothpick/bottle holder (4) is configured to hold napkins and toothpicks and hold the bottle or bottles in an inverted position, which will allow the contents of the bottle to be drained to the neck of the bottle and be ready to come out as soon as the bottle is removed from the holder and the cap has been removed from the bottle and the bottle is squeezed. The bottles themselves can be made from any type of material and may vary in shapes and sizes. They may hold liquids such as, ketchup, mustard, relish a variety of salad dressings, tartar sauce or any liquid in which it is contained in a bottle, when the bottle is inverted, the neck will fit into the hole(3). The napkin/toothpick/bottle holder (4) is made from wood but could be made from plastic as well.
